About XIVIA™

A naturally occurring sweetener with less than 40% of the calories of sugar, XIVIA™ is produced sustainably from industry wood pulp side streams, originating from renewable forestry. Its carbon footprint is 90% lower than conventional BHP production of xylitol.

The product leaves no aftertaste, benefits from an intense cooling effect, and is the only polyol recognised by EFSA for its unique oral health benefits, protecting teeth from plaque and dental caries.

XIVIA™ sustainable xylitol is approved and accepted globally for a wide variety of other applications, including confectionery, dietary supplements, food & beverages, bakery and pharmaceutical products. Its low glycaemic index makes it suitable for diabetic products.
