Danisco offers a broad range of tailored blends to help develop food and beverage products with a profile of reduced fat, sugar, calories or salt. Our ingredients can also assist in the development of food products with a high content of natural fibres. Our diversified portfolio and long experience ensure formulations of healthier food products that do not compromise taste, texture, processability or shelf life.

A wide range of applications includes IcePro for low fat ice cream and Fiberline for high fibre bread. SaltPro and SALTLINE will both enable salt reduced meat, culinary or baked products, while other Danisco tailored blends will enable energy and sugar reduction, calcium enrichment and improved lipid profiles.
