DIMODAN® emulsifiers are a range of distilled monoglycerides which offer stable water dispersion in low fat spreads and margarines as well as facilitating fat reduction in bread.
The range of DIMODAN® has now been extended with the NH 100 products which are based on a non-hydrogenated oil, allowing manufacturers to claim trans fat free bread and margarines.
